Over the next three journals, we’ll deconstruct how to maximize your performance based on who you are by understanding your chronotype. Basically, if we know when our body performs the best, we need to plan our day around that. You wouldn’t want to make important decisions when your body is crashing, right? Conversely, why waste your peak performance in boring meetings.
